Introduction
Carol Zaist, the owner since 2021, is a former American lawyer who had always dreamed of living in this beautiful region and becoming a winemaker.
Each vintage produces wines with a strong identity, revealing the character of the terroir, shaped by environmental conditions and rooted in winemaking traditions.
Philosophy
Château d’Anvichar is an organic vineyard of just under six hectares, set atop a limestone plateau. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc vines have thrived on this exceptional terroir for 35 years, producing elegant and well-balanced wines.
